Recent recipients
With support from The Chartis Foundation, NOAH has been able to integrate essential health technology so that families can more easily access the care and resources they need. Over the past year, we’ve provided more than 10,000 vaccines to over 7,000 children and connected more than 1,000 families to vital health-related social services. These advancements ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy, with access to immunizations, well-child visits, dental care, and the support their families need.
